When you submit your camp on campconnectors.com (CAMP CONNECTORS, LLC), your payment will be processed (if applicable) for the ad tier selected/submitted and your submission reviewed by our staff. Once approved your listing will be published, typically within 1 business day. If payment via check is selected, your listing will not be published until payment is received/processed. If your listing is not approved, we will contact you and your payment will be refunded in full.
IF you select a ‘Free’ listing, the term is unlimited and your listing will run unless a written removal request is emailed to our office or if CAMP CONNECTORS determines there are sufficient grounds for removal.
If you select a ‘Basic, Standard, or Premium’ listing, the term is 365 days from the date posted on our website and is set up as manual renewal. A renewal notice will be sent, to the email on file, prior to your listing’s renewal date. You may renew your listing by logging into your account and selecting ‘RENEW’ or by calling our office. A valid form of payment (credit card or check) is required for your renewal to be processed. If payment is unable to be processed via credit card or not received by check your camp listing will be automatically downgraded to a ‘Free’ listing, after the grace period.
You can update your listing at anytime, throughout the duration of your listing, by logging into your own account and selecting EDIT. Please do not submit a new listing in order to update an existing listing. You may upgrade/downgrade your listing’s ad pricing tier, on your next annual renewal period (Basic, Standard, and Premium listings ONLY), through your account or by contacting our office. Free listings can be upgraded at anytime.
If for any reason you need your listing removed from our website before your annual renewal date, please email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds are not issued if you cancel before your expiration date. Limit of 1 listing per physical camp location. If your camp has multiple locations, please contact the office for discounted pricing options.
LISTING PLACEMENT POLICY
Our CAMP DIRECTORY page is located at https://campconnectors.com/directory-camps. All new camp listings will have a “NEW” icon for the first 7 days and appear at the top of their selected tier during this time. Premium (featured) camps are listed on the directory first by default. Parents can select desired filters to narrow down their search.
● Premium Listings (1st level placement; $249): This listing will appear on CAMP DIRECTORY page FIRST, as a 1st placement tier, and rotate on our homepage. This listing will include a “FEATURED” icon for the duration of the listing. Listing term is for 365 days and set up as a manual annual renewal.
● Standard Listings (2nd level placement; $149): This listing will appear on the CAMP DIRECTORY page AFTER premium listings, as a 2nd placement tier. Listing term is for 365 days and set up as a manual annual renewal.
● Basic Listings (3rd level placement; $49): This listing will appear on the CAMP DIRECTORY page AFTER standard listings, as a 3rd placement tier. Listing term is for 365 days and set up as a manual annual renewal..
● Free Listings (4th level placement; $0): This listing will appear on the CAMP DIRECTORY page AFTER standard listings, as a 4th placement tier. Listing term is unlimited and will run unless a written removal request is emailed to our office or if CAMP CONNECTORS determines there are sufficient grounds for removal.

It is entirely the client’s responsibility to ensure one’s email address (as reflected within the listing) is accurate and functional.

STAFF RECRUITMENT PROHIBITED WITHIN CAMPER LISTING
While referencing general information about your camp’s staff for purposes of camper recruitment is permitted, the inclusion of any information pertaining to recruitment of staff is prohibited and subject to immediate removal by CAMP CONNECTORS.
PARENT TESTIMONIALS PROHIBITED WITHIN CAMPER LISTING
While referencing general information about your camp’s mission, goals, values, and program information, listing descriptions may NOT included parent testimonials.
INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN ALL CAPS PROHIBITED
With the exception of acronyms, abbreviations, or a verifiable official use of your camp/program name, the use of ALL CAPITAL letters within a listing is prohibited. This policy has been established to create a level playing field among all listings as well as to ensure content on the CAMP CONNECTORS is not perceived as SPAM by external search engines which index our website.
It is necessary to accurately complete all required fields contained within our online listing application form with the following exceptions: “Camp Street Address” is not required for camps which are exclusively designated as a “Travel Camp” or for camps which have security concerns with respect to divulging the location of their camp. Camps which have such security concerns are required to send an email to CAMP CONNECTORS stating this as a reason for such exceptions.
DESIGNATION OF CAMP LOCATION(S):
Listings may only reflect ONE city/state location where actual primary camp related activities take place. Camps with multiple locations, if any given state hosts a destination for a core curriculum activity, are welcome to note this information within the listing description. If you wish additional locations to appear within our search engine, you must submit a separate paid listing for each camp. Please contact the office for discounted rates for multiple listings.
LISTING FORMAT UPDATES
Client agrees that listing format and or structure may change periodically as a result of website modifications by CAMP CONNECTORS. Such changes may occur in the midst of an existing listing term. Only features explicitly denoted for a particular listing cited on the following page shall be maintained for the duration of all listing terms.
You agree to receive periodic informational updates pertaining to your listing on the CAMP CONNECTORS in order to maintain an up to date and accurate database as well as to keep you informed about the latest developments on our website.
By submitting your information online your camp or organization warrants and represents that none of the materials prepared or information furnished to CAMP CONNECTORS for use on the CAMP CONNECTORS website is inaccurate or infringes any copyright, is libelous or otherwise violates the rights of other persons and that your camp agrees to indemnify and hold the CAMP CONNECTORS and its affiliates and any of their officers directors, employees, agents and successors and assigns harmless of and from any and all actions, suits, proceedings, judgments demands or claims, (whether valid or invalid) liabilities, losses or expenses (including attorney’s fees) are incurred with respect to third party claims relating to such matters.
